ABOUT THE PROJECT

SCHELLINK


We proudly present our redevelopment plan for SCHELLINK in Eindhoven, on the old textile factory plot of Schellens. On this site explore the location, conceptual design, experience and elaboration of SCHELLINK.

 

 

 


Residential program

In SCHELLINK 83 apartments of different sizes are expected to be built, of which 22 are apartments for sale with a floor area of approx. 95 m² and 13 sales apartments have a floor area of approximately 120 m². 48 apartments are for rent. 14 of these are 20 m² studios for students. The remainder is 12 social rental apartments of approx. 60 m² and 22 rental apartments of approx. 80 m². The apartments adjacent to the atria will have a balcony across the full width of the apartment and all residential buildings have attractive roof terraces orientated towards the south(west) that will be accessible for all residents. In the middle of the courtyard, there will be a beautiful pergola.

Location

At a central location in the inner city of Eindhoven, SCHELLINK is located on the intersection of the Vestdijk and Bleekstraat, next to the Dommel. Schellink is a high-quality, sustainable mixed-function redevelopment that aims to realize an attractive hotspot where young professionals can work, live and relax in harmony. In total 83 sustainable apartments, office space for old and new companies (including flex workplaces), two multifunctional halls, retail and catering space, as well as an exhibition space, will be realized. Most of the apartments are orientated around the public courtyard in the middle of the plot. A central hotspot that will bring the old factory site to live
